Absolutely. The Automower has multiple safety features including lift and tilt sensors that instantly stop the blades if the mower is picked up. The blades are also small and razor-like (not heavy spinning metal), designed to cut grass, not cause injury. Many families run their mowers at night specifically so pets and kids can play freely during the day.

Husqvarna Automowers can handle slopes up to 45% (24 degrees) depending on the model. During your free site check, we'll assess your terrain and recommend the right mower for your property. Most Bainbridge Island lawns are well within range.

We install a boundary wire around your lawn's perimeter and any areas you want excluded (gardens, pools, play areas). The mower follows this invisible fence. Its bump sensors also help it navigate around trees and other obstacles within the mowing area.

That's included. We remotely monitor your mower's health through Husqvarna's Fleet Services platform. If something needs attention, we'll proactively schedule a service visit. Blade replacements, software updates, winterization—it's all part of your monthly subscription.

You'll need a standard outdoor outlet near where the charging station will be placed. If you don't have one, we can arrange installation for a $150 surcharge (we cover the remaining electrician costs). Most homes already have suitable outlets.

Our human crew visits twice monthly to handle what robots can't: string trimming along edges and fences, weeding a 3-foot perimeter around beds and structures, and ensuring everything looks crisp. Larger plans include storm cleanup services too.

Yes. We understand situations change. You can pause during winter months (many customers do), and cancellation is straightforward with 30 days notice. We'll remove the equipment and restore your lawn to its previous state.
